At a recent Minnesota Racing Commission meeting, there was a very special presentation regarding the Racehorse Aftercare program for racehorses in Minnesota. Nancy Turner, Founder of This Old Horse, and Andrea Gustafson, of Bowman’s Second Chance Thoroughbred Adoption, were the featured speakers.
