The United States Supreme Court may rule that the federal prohibition against sports betting is unconstitutional. If so, it will then be a mad dash by individual states to legalize it. New Jersey looks best positioned to be the first state to do so. However, when we’re talking a business estimated to be into the hundreds of billions of dollars, other states are sure to follow.
